Light and Pigmentation is a phenomenological journal employing a visual language to record a journey which has as its mission the construct of an Integrated Metaphysical Framework for engaging a rapidly changing world.  

Metasingularity is an invitation to view Human Consciousness as a surfer as it were, defending and riding her best wave, in this context the Technological Singularity. Surfing, for those who love it, is exhilarating in its unpredictability, grounding in its demands for being acutely mindful and present. It is joyful and playful in that it allows self-expression and euphoria from conquering something powerful and mysterious. As such the Technological Singularity can be an affirmative mirror of Human Consciousness, used to probe into what Human Intelligence can be.

Synaesthesia of Time gives expression to the contemplation of Authentic Identity as an Evolution away from a Simulated Reality which is the result in part of Social Assimilation. Furthermore, this Simulated Reality is viewed as a manifestation of a still evolving Physics and Mathematics, which in turn is informed and shaped by the very Simulated Reality it defines and creates. Therefore, it posits that the Evolutionary Path to self-realization is an iterative and cyclical one. 

Of Spectra and Continua views existence as always becoming, and therefore a life as a story always being written, always open to transformation. The exhibition explores the bridges built in the imagined spaces between perceived spectra. The exhibition is curious to understand the mechanics and inner workings of a continuum in the context of a life lived.

Zeitgeist en het Mathematikoi visually presents the Afrikaans language as an agent of human evolution within the context of post-apartheid South Africa positioning itself in a globalized, information age driven world.
